Where can I use it?
On clean, dry, unbroken skin over or beside a stiff joint such as the knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, wrist, lower back or neck. Do not place it on the face, on broken skin, or over a joint that is swollen or injured.
Can I wear it under clothes?
Yes. The patch is thin and flat, so it sits under normal clothing.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
For external use only, on clean, unbroken skin. If you have sensitive skin, try a small area first. Stop using it if redness or irritation appears. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor before using it.
